Stage IV: Ideation. Process workshop
Using creative tools and techniques, project groups generate potential solutions to a given problem or project challenge. They create as many ideas as possible in an atmosphere of openness and acceptance.
The next step in this phase is the selection of ideas on the basis of pre-defined criteria agreed with the business partner.

Stage V: Prototyping. Process workshop
Prototyping is a stage during which we provide the selected ideas with a tangible character using the least possible time and financial resources. Regardless of the method (storyboards, application mock-ups, videos, posters, etc.), prototyping gives us an opportunity not only to develop concepts, but also to bring them to life and then adapt them to reality.
At this stage, we will also test the prototypes among the teams using the Understand-Rethink-Improve principle.

Stage VI: Implementation. Process workshop
Translating the best ideas into 'design implementation charters'. This is a stage in which the team determines a specific implementation plan, accounting for available resources, possible risks and business partner's time frame.
