Stage I: Team Building. Process workshop
An hour-long workshop aimed at integrating the team and establishing the rules of work with the use of Team Canvas. The effectiveness of the process is much higher if teams are consciously built to be diverse and complementary rather than homogeneous and similar. It is also very important to integrate the group so that it becomes a team as soon as possible.
At this stage, the team will receive an objective from the business partner, along with a brief. Its task will be to change the goal into a challenge.

Stage II - Stage analysis. Process workshop
The workshop aims to make the project team familiar with social and cultural trends affecting consumers/clients in a specific industry. Using a Trend Path, teams will generate a first set of ideas. They work according to the Detect - Analyse - Understand - Create principle.

Stage III: Research. Process workshop
During this phase, project groups will explore the real motives, needs and values of customers. The aim is to understand the product/service user as deeply as possible. The workshop will end with the development of insights serving as a basis for the next stage.
